EXTRUDER OPERATOR

This position is responsible for operating our dry mixing, extruding, grinding and transfer system equipment to produce products in the form of pellets or
other shapes that may be ground to specific granulation profiles. Cleans and installs perforated metal die plate, containing openings of various shapes onto the barrel. Attaches blade, using hand or pneumatic tools, that rotates around the die plate, shearing off extruded material that is forced through the holes. Adjusts controls to set temperature of steam, start flow of dry mix, water, and other ingredients into pre-conditioner, and regulates pressures forcing mixture through the extrusion die to maintain specified moisture connect, color, bulk density, and cellular
structure of pellet.

MASA MILL OPERATOR

This is the lead position in the shift operations of the Masa Mill. This is accomplished through a thorough understanding of the Masa Milling operation and successful completion of various tasks to optimize the overall performance of the mill.

MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

This position is primarily responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, managing, and execution of the strategic marketing plans for the organization, specifically focused in the food ingredient segment (snack,
beverage, baking, & tortilla).

RAIL CAR TECHNICIAN

This position is responsible for the cleaning and inspection of the interior and exterior of all bulk rail cars to prepare railcars for bulk
loading and transport of food grade products.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements on electric motors, pneumatic diverters, conveyor systems, and production; follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.

SANITATION TECHNICIAN

This position reports to the Sanitation Manager with the explicit purpose to implement cleaning procedures to ensure that all processing areas and equipment receive appropriate cleaning and sanitizing according to regulatory, environmental and food safety standards.

PACKAGING OPERATOR

Responsible for the packaging of finished product and transferring of product to various bins to support plant operations.

LAB TECHNICIAN

This position will be responsible for the performing the daily functions of the Quality Assurance Laboratory including all laboratory testing, evaluation and analysis of results, process quality checks and inspections.

EXTRUDER OPERATOR

This position is responsible for the operation of all equipment pertaining to the Extrusion operation including the mixing conditioning, extrusion, drying, grinding, binning and transfer of products and all other equipment related to the extruder’s
performance.

BIN COMPLEX OPERATOR

This position is responsible for the loading of outbound packaged and bulk products, unloading of ingredients, and package materials and transferring of product to various bins to support plant operations. In addition, this position will perform manual and mechanical palletization of product.
