• Muffin Coating Mix - 3139
  • Designed formulation for the specialty bakery industry. This product protects muffins from developing surface mold and also controls stickiness of the dough during handling.
• Ultra Fine Yellow Corn Flour - 3166
  • Designed to improve mixing without lumping, plus superb spray ability and reduced filtration problems and cleanup requirements.
• Pregelatinized Yellow Corn Flour - 5305
  • This pregel is a highly gelatinized corn flour widely used in the food industry because of its high levels of binder, carrier and thickener.
• Pregelatinized White Corn Flour - 5405
  • This pregel is a highly gelatinized corn flour widely used in the food industry because of its high levels of binder, carrier and thickener.
