Job: Maintenance Manager
Dept: Maintenance
Shift: 1st
Duties: Responsible for the effective leadership in all aspects of the maintenance function by anticipating and responding to immediate building and equipment needs. Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, building and grounds management and boiler operation. Direct and assist the maintenance employees to provide timely break-down repairs and other maintenance initiatives/projects throughout the facility.
Experience/Educational Requirements: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Milling Science, Engineering, or Industrial Applications, 5 years experience in Supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment Food and or Ethanol processing facility preferred.
Physical Qualifications: Must be in good physical health and able to perform the duties of the classification. General physical activities of this position include heavy lifting, walking, twisting, stooping and bending.
General Qualifications: Must be able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and responsibly perform duties. General written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills are required.
