Tortilla Flour is used for the production of typical Mexican table tortillas. This product is also used as a thickener and flavor ingredient for Mexican sauces, chili, soups and tamale fillings in the prepared and frozen food industries.
Chip Flour is designed to be primarily used for the production of tortilla chips on high-speed, in-line processes. This product can be blended with other flours to achieve a unique color, taste, texture and bubble/blister pattern to meet customer demands.
Taco Flour is designed for the production of authentic Mexican style tortilla chips, tacos, and tostada shells. The course granulation allows minimal puffing without equilibration on high speed in-line direct frying. The product also performs well for hand fed frying of taco or tostada shells and batch frying of tortilla chips.
Additional granulations of corn ingredients are available along with custom blending opportunities.
