Pre-gelatinized Flour/Binder is a corn flour widely used in the food industry in a variety of applications because of its functionality as a binder, carrier and thickener. The product performs excellent as an ingredient in breakfast cereals, meat mixtures, soups, cookies, dairy blends, breading and batter mixes. This product is a cooked corn flour that hydrates in cold, aqueous mediums to form a stable fluid paste.
Industrial Binder
Industrial Binder is a high quality, dry milled corn flour which has been pre-cooked under controlled heat and mechanical pressure. It has a wide range of industrial uses because of its superior adhesion and expansion properties. This product is designed as a high quality all natural binder and lubricant. Industrial binder is used as a lubricant by the well drilling industry and as an adhesive by the fertilizer industry.
