The facility is located on approximately 38 acres in St. Joseph, Missouri and contains 760,000 sq ft of industrial manufacturing space. This includes structures which house corn and masa mills plus blending, packaging, and additional processing areas. Also located on the property is a grain elevator and related grain storage structures, warehouse and product loading facilities, and general office space. Railroad spurs located on the property have the capacity to park a full unit train on site.
