• Yellow Corn Meal - 3125
  • Used for bread or muffin coatings, dry mix applications such as corn bread or other corn-baked products and also used in various bakery blends.
• Yellow Corn Cones - 3135
  • Used for extrusion products in the snack and breakfast food industries, bakeries and pizza makers use as a oven pan dusting and also used by processed food businesses as a breading on frozen seafood items.
• Yellow Corn Flour - 3145
  • Used as a principle ingredient in pancake mixes and also as a filler, binder and thickener in cookie, pastry and meat industries. This product is an economical source of energy for the fermentation process.
